Bioclear Restoration / Rejuvenation
What is Bioclear?
Utilizes advanced techniques and materials to achieve a desired outcome, while preserving the tooth structure. It is a minimally invasive procedure and an alternative to Porcelain restorations. Porcelain restorations many times, is subtractive, cutting away the tooth structure. Bioclear technique, is however, additive, to the natural tooth.
Why should you consider Bioclear?
There are four applications for Bioclear
Small to medium gaps between the teeth can be closed with the Bioclear method. This can sometimes avoid months of orthodontic treatment if the main goal is to eliminate gaps between the teeth
Closure of black triangle
After orthodontic treatment in some cases there is loss of gum coverage between the teeth. Most patients do not like these gaps. Bioclear Black triangle closure is one of the best methods to achieve the gap closure to improve esthetics and function.
Change the tooth size and shape to create a balanced and desired smile
This can be following orthodontic treatment, or sometimes as a replacement, as with the bioclear method, worn down teeth can be made even and improvement in the color and shape can also be achieved.
Traditional method of composite restoration can sometimes lead to staining around the margin. Cavity repair using Bioclear technique, ensures a more desired esthetically pleasing smile, and a stronger tooth.
Who performs the Bioclear technique?
Dr. Hemanth Sahukar at Ross Dental, has received specialized training to perform this technique, and is a certified Bioclear provider for core posterior and anterior restorations.
How much does it cost?
Bioclear technique is a more cost effective way to manage teeth problems, including cavities, and can be a solution to achieve the desired cosmetic outcome. It can save hundreds of dollars, in avoiding other treatment alternatives, such as orthodontic care, and can save also hundreds of dollars down the road, from longer preservation of the tooth.
